LaGra's Penne & Chicken Masterpiece
1 1-lb. pkg. penne pasta, cooked
as directed
1 lb. skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 T. olive oil
2 26oz. jars LaGra's Wild Sicilian Spicy Marinara
pasta sauce
1 15oz. container Ricotta cheese
2 cups (8oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar
1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook
chicken in oil until well browned. Add LaGra's Wild Sicilian
Spicy Marinara pasta sauce;heat. Combine Ricotta, 1
cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup cheddar, and parmesan cheeses, spinach, and
eggs. In 9x13 baking dish, spread 1 cup of sauce mix. Top with half
each of the penne, ricotta mix and sauce mix; repeat layering. Cover.
Bake 40 minutes. Uncover, top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake 5
more minutes.

Mushroom and Chicken Pizza
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 prepared 12 inch pizza crust
1 1/2 cup LaGra's Mushroom Sauce
1/2 cup sliced green peppers (optional)
1/2 cup chopped onion
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-8oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese (add more if desired)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high
heat. Add chicken; cook & stir until browned. Spread crust with
LaGra's
Mushroom Sauce.
Top with chicken, peppers, onions, bacon, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan
cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is
thoroughly cooked, cheese is melted, and crust is brown.

lbs. Ziti, cooked, refreshed and drained
1 Tb. Fresh oregano......................._----------.4
ounces parmesan, grated
1 Tb. Fresh basil ..........................----------._..2
jars of LaGra's Roasted Garlic Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste................----------..1
lb. mozzarella, shredded
Combine the eggs, ricotta cheese, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder,
salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate. Place the sausage links
in a 2-inch deep full-sized hotel pan; cook in a 350ºF oven for 20
minutes. Remove and drain the sausage. Slice the links into rounds
and reserve. Pour off the sausage fat, then place the ziti in the
hotel pan. Top with an even coating of the cheese mixture, sausage
slices and parmesan.
Pour the LaGra's Roasted Garlic Sauce
over the top layer and stir slightly to distribute
the sauce. Bake at 375ºF for 1 hour. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly
over the pasta and return to the oven for 10 minutes. Serve. Ziti
may also be prepared in individual casseroles. Decrease bake time
as necessary.

1 lb. ground
beef---------------------------....1
Tsp. dried basil, crushed
2 jars of LaGra's Tomato Basil Sauce.....1
Tsp. garlic powder
3/4 lb. diced tomatoes, undrained...............6
lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb. part-skim Ricotta cheese-------------...2
cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded & divided
1 egg , well beaten---------------------------.2
cups Cheddar cheese, shredded & divided
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375ºF. Cook ground beef in preheated large skillet over medium
heat 4 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally to
break up ground beef into little pieces. Pour off dripping. Add LaGra's
Tomato Basil Sauce and tomatoes with liquid to skillet,
stirring to combine; reserve. Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg,
parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and basil. Spread 2 cups beef mix over
bottom of 11 3/4" x 7 1/2" baking dish; arrange 3 lasagna noodles
in single layer, pressing into beef mix. Spoon Ricotta cheese mix on top
of noodles; sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Top with additional 2 cups beef mix; arrange remaking noodles in single
layer, pressing lightly into beef mix. Top with remaining beef mix, spreading
evenly to cover noodles. Bake at 375ºF oven 45 minutes or until noodles
are fork tender. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1 cup
cheddar cheese on top; cover with aluminum foil tent. Let stand at least
15 minutes before serving.
